Parents: No more writing out absentee notes for your kids!
St. Augustine School now provides an email link where you can send notes about the details of your child's absenteeism from school. Just click the icon above to send the mail to the school office.
Include your child's name, your name, the date and the reason for the absenteeism. Hit "send" and you're done!

It was with great joy and enthusiasm that forty-four young men and women from our Parish Community were blessed in the Sacrament of Confirmation on Wednesday, May 8, 2013.
With our Pastor, Fr. Terry McNamara officiating, all our young people were “confirmed in the Spirit” - and took the bold step to move more fully into the Faith life of the Catholic Church.
May they, their parents, family members and all who walk with them in Faith, be strong voices for good in the world.

The Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese, through the encouragement of our Archbishop, Michael Miller, participate in initiatives that rooted in the work of the HOLY CHILDHOOD. This Catholic organization works to both educate our young children on the needs of children around the world, and asks of each school in the Archdiocese to find ways to inform, pray for and raise money to assist needy children.
This year, our Grade 4 class was asked to represent our school at the Mass celebrated by Archbishop Miller at Our Lady of Sorrows School. You can see from the photos taken by their teacher, Mrs. Vales, that they were delighted to meet the Archbishop and present our financial gift of over $1200.00 – money raised at our CARNIVAL held back in October.
So there are many people to thank – teachers for supporting this good work, children for both contributing at the CARNIVAL and going to Mass today, and to the parents who support, with their time, talent and treasure the needs of the Church. Bless you, all!
